Q. Are my credit card number / bank account number secure?

Answer:

Credit card details are accepted through SSL protocol. Scripts capable of processing credit card transactions securely power all the transactions. This ensures that the information is encrypted before being transmitted.


Q. How long does it take for you to deliver the products after payment has been made?

Answer:

Your purchased item will be delivered to you within a maximum of 45 days of our securing your payment or on the date of delivery mentioned by you in the order form. The product shall be dispatched from the warehouse within a week of receiving the order.


Q. What will be the mode of delivery?

 Answer:

The mode of delivery is by courier.


Q. How will I know that the product has been dispatched?

Answer:

You shall receive confirmation e-mail after the product has been dispatched. Accordingly, you can track the same on our website.


Q. Are the accessories shown with the product also included within the cost?

Answer:

No, the cost of the product is given excluding the accessories.


Q. What is the difference between billing address and shipping address?

Answer:

Billing address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

Q. What happens if my order is lost in transit?

 Answer:
